UX Designer

Design intuitive experiences that make public transit more accessible for riders of all abilities and backgrounds. You'll conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with developers to ensure that OneBusAway's apps and web tools are easy to use, visually clear, and inclusive. From improving wayfinding flows to rethinking how riders interact with real-time data, your work will directly shape how people experience public transit.

This role is ideal for designers who thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Experience with mobile or map-based interfaces, accessibility design, or transit systems is a bonus.
