Description
Hindi and other Indic locales are badly underrepresented in open source, and the bottleneck is rarely translation quality — it's operations. Finding repos worth localizing, reading each project's i18n layout, producing reviewable locale diffs, and opening PRs maintainers will actually merge.

Where you can help:
• Open role: Localization Pipeline & Case-Study Contributor, 4-5 hrs/week (#6)
• Hindi/Indic translation and review
• i18n engineering (Python)
• Practitioner input: does our model of l10n review practice match your experience? (#7)
Two ways in:
• On GitHub — comment on the issue you want
• No GitHub account needed — signup form at https://oss-infrastructure-initiative.netlify.app/ (scroll to "Register your interest")
A single issue or a few hours a week both genuinely help.
