Description

About S.T.A.R.Tbox
S.T.A.R.Tbox (Systematic Training and Restoration Toolbox) is an algorithmic and AI analysis engine that connects API information sources to help individuals, businesses and organizations gain business, cultural, community, regional, and creative insights. The goal is to gain actionable recommendations grounded in local context.

Small to medium sized businesses face a fragmented resource ecosystem with no unified pathways to scale locally. Entrepreneurs struggle to map their assets, understand their strategic position, navigate regulatory requirements, and develop plans tailored to their region and market.

S.T.A.R.Tbox helps them do exactly that — providing a configurable framework to analyze five interdependent dimensions (business, cultural, community, regional, creative), identify gaps, benchmark against comparable profiles, and generate recommendations that serve their specific context.

The platform is meant to work out of the box with baseline resources. Or, if you prefer, you can bring your own data sources, APIs, and databases.

What I Need
Important context: I am not a computer programmer. I used AI to generate the code for S.T.A.R.Tbox across multiple iterations.

This Means
  • The code exists and works in parts, but it's not fully integrated. There are multiple versions, each doing different things. Some parts may be redundant, broken, or need cleaning up

I need help with
  1. Audit — Go through all the existing code versions and document what each one does. Figure out what's there.
  2. Assess — Determine what can be kept and which versions have functional components worth saving.
  3. Scrap — Identify what's redundant, broken, or not worth keeping.
  4. Consolidate — Build one working model from the pieces that work. Create the final, streamlined, production-ready version.
---
This is not a build from scratch project. The code exists. I need someone to make sense of it, clean it up, and pull it together.

What I'm Looking For
Ability to read, assess, and consolidate code from multiple sources
Attention to detail and a willingness to document what you find
Comfortable working with AI-generated code (it may be messy or inconsistent)
---
Access requires a signed NDA and non-compete agreement. I am exploring open source options. I want this to be an Open Access platform, but I also understand the need for security and honoring the contributions of those who have built it.
